The fold-out mouthpiece is the part you draw from on the Frolic. It is machined from high-temperature thermoplastic and runs on a metal hinge. It sits on top of the cooling unit, held by a seal ring, so it pulls straight off for cleaning. The Frolic ships with the classic mouthpiece. This fold-out version is the most popular upgrade to buy with it.
When it is folded out, it sits at a 95° angle and turns a full 360°, so you can point it wherever feels comfortable. A small ring beneath the mouthpiece is the only airflow control, so turning the mouthpiece to a new position never changes your setting.
The hinge folds the mouthpiece flat against the body. Nothing sticks out in your jacket pocket. Inside, the channel starts narrow at the bottom and widens towards the top. That slows the air on its way out for a gentler draw. It pulls off in seconds thanks to the seal ring, so everyone in a group can bring their own mouthpiece.
