The Tempest case is highly praised for its thoughtful design, practicality, and specialized features such as a magnet for safe transportation and well-placed tools. It is particularly recommended for its portability and cooling abilities, making it a superbly designed storage container for the Tempest 2. While it has received some criticism for its price and potential for scratches, overall, the case is regarded as a high-quality and convenient choice.
Somebody thought long and hard about this case. The placement of the tools, the design of the decapper/ heatsink, the fact it won’t roll off the table when you put it down! It’s a little slice of inspired genius. Thank you.
An excellent case with some noteworthy features. Be careful, I guess the metal body scratches easily if you carry it in your pocket with other metal items such as a keys or things like that.
Actually a very good case for the Tempest 2, but unfortunately, there seem to be different versions. Normally, there's a tool holder for the "Bowl Screen Tool" on the side of the debowler, including the tool itself. The debowler pin is also slightly pointed. My case, unfortunately, doesn't have any of that, and the extra tool wasn't included either. I was able to 3D print a small attachment and simply sanded down the pin. No big deal, otherwise top quality and a vastly improved replacement for the original cardboard case. (And super fast delivery from MV!)
**Disappointing and far too expensive** The Tempest case in Midnight also disappointed me. For a simple case, the price is, in my opinion, far too high. The quality and workmanship in no way justify the price for me. Overall, the product seems overpriced to me, and I would not recommend it.
The perfect case for the Tempest 2. Yes, it's pricey, but it cools down very well! Highly recommended.
A superbly designed storage container.
Super practical, anyone who wants to take the Tempest with them on the go can hardly avoid it.
The case is very convenient, especially the magnet, safe transportation!
