Smono 5 - Wear & Tear Set

This wear and tear set covers the two parts of the Smono 5 that see the most use: the glass mouthpiece that clicks onto the top of the body, and the stainless steel screen that sits inside the mouthpiece. The set contains one replacement mouthpiece and five screens.

Screens gradually collect resin from the vapour passing through them. A clogged screen narrows the draw and muddies the taste, so swapping in a clean one brings back an open airflow and a cleaner flavour from the first inhalation. Stainless steel holds up well to repeated heat cycles, and five screens cover a long stretch of regular use.

The glass mouthpiece is the one part of the Smono 5 that can break if it is dropped or knocked in a bag. With a second mouthpiece at home, a broken one does not stop your sessions. Spare screens also give you material for shrinking the effective chamber volume: trim one to size and lay it over a small load to keep the herbs pressed against the chamber wall.
